We are very excited to announce that Cardiff Bay Chiropractic will be working alongside Sanson Fitness as of January 2018. Sanson Fitness will be running classes at 36 West Bute street, Cardiff Bay for all to join.
Tuesday & Thursday- 7.45-8.30am – Yoga Movement
Tuesday & Thursday- 11-11.50 am – Zumba Gold. Over 50’s exercise class
Tuesday & Thursday- 12- 12.45pm – IGNITE HIIT
Wednesday- 5.15-6.15pm – Yoga Movement
Wednesday- 6.30-7.15pm – IGNITE HIIT
IGNITE HIIT is everything you want from a total body workout. Using both hand-weights, resistance bands and bodyweight, it incorporates weight endurance and cardio blasts – maximising results in a short and effective 30 minute workout. This high intensity training format will IGNITE your metabolism and have you burning fat, long after the class is over! It’s also great fun – no military style here! Just a positive, motivated and supportive class. All exercises can be modified to suit all fitness levels.
Zumba Gold is for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. Focusing on cardiovascular and muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance.
YOGA MOVEMENT is a blend of flowing yoga postures with active mobility drills. The aim is to dynamically get the body moving using a variety of disciplines such as Vinyasa Flow, Animal Flow, and Pilates. Yoga Movement aims to increase flexibility, mobility and strength.
The sequences are designed to activate and stimulate the body by improving movement, increasing suppleness and developing core strength.

The Sanson Fitness approach takes into account your current health and fitness levels. We continually monitor your body composition and measurements and analyse your nutrition with food diaries.
We consider your fitness needs; whether that be returning to exercise after a long break, training for an event or building strength slowly.
We use a cross disciplinary approach incorporating traditional PT and Strength Training, Body Weight Exercise, Pilates, Yoga and Animal Flow.
Your personal and fitness goals will be achieved through devising a personalised training program, SMART goal setting, mind set techniques and planning your workouts and nutrition.
